About

Hi!

If it isn’t already obvious, I am very passionate about textiles, and I recently graduated from Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Canada.

Do you know how some people always say they always knew what they wanted to be when they grow up? Well, I am one of those people. I fell in love with clothing and textiles as a child. I learned to sew (a little) and knit. I even whipped up a couple of scarves and clothes.

As I got older, my tastes in textiles and yarn matured as well, and I became aware of the gradual decrease in ready-made clothing. Frustrated by the textile misuse incurred by fast fashion, I devoted my time to making hand-sewn clothes – where I have total control over the standard and fit. I aim to design quality and well-esteemed wardrobes.

Like most designers, I probably make more dresses than I wear. Vintage and floral patterns are my absolute favourite, but most of my designs also contain indie patterns. Lately, I have been trying to incorporate more plain colors.

As you already know, sewing and knitting is what I do on a daily basis. When I’m not doing that, I’m probably thinking about doing it.

Feel free to ask any questions. I’d love to chat!
